摘要

结合上海嘉闵高架路(G2—S6)JMB2-4标段工程实际,对装配式桥梁的预制盖梁安装技术进行了介绍。总结了盖梁装车运输、盖梁吊装就位、立柱顶面垫层坐浆、盖梁垂直度和偏转度的调节、连接套筒的灌浆等工艺的控制要点,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。
        Combined with the engineering practice of JMB2-4 section of Shanghai Jia–Min Viaduct(G2–S6), the installation technology for the precast bent cap of prefabricated viaduct is introduced. The key control points of the technology are summarized, including loading and transportation of bent caps, hoisting of bent caps in position, cushion surface mortaring on column top, verticality and deflection adjustment of bent cap, sleeve grouting, etc., so as to provide reference for similar projects.
