中国现代小卫星发展成就与展望

摘要
结合中国空间技术研究院(CAST)小卫星的研制历程,总结了中国现代小卫星发展成就,分析了现代小卫星技术特点及其应用情况,并提出了中国小卫星健康发展面临的机遇与挑战。以"快、好、省"为指导,以多用途为目标,按照柔性设计、性能滚动提升、低配置/高可靠、产品化等思路,中国空间技术研究院先后建立了CAST968、CAST2000、CAST100、CAST3000等小卫星平台,至2018年10月,已累计发射现代小卫星95颗,在科学与技术试验、遥感、通信等领域得到广泛应用,引领了中国现代小卫星技术的发展。
        In this paper,based on the development history of small satellite in China Academy of Space Technology(CAST),the development achievements of China modern small satellite are summarized,the technological characteristics and application of modern small satellite are analyzed,and the opportunities and challenges for the future development of China small satellite are proposed.Guided by the philosophy of"Faster,Better,Cheaper",aiming at multipurpose,satellite buses including CAST968,CAST2000,CAST100,CAST3000 were developed by CAST,under the design thinking of flexible design,performance improvement,inexpensive and high reliability design and productization.Up to October 2018,CAST has launched more than 95 small satellites for science and technology experiments,remote sensing,communication,etc.,and lead the development of China modern small satellite technology.
