高效液相色谱法和超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法测定水中阿特拉津的方法比较

摘要
本文对测定水中阿特拉津的两种方法(高效液相色谱法和超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法)进行了比较。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,两种方法的标准工作曲线线性均良好;两种方法的检出限均符合《地表水环境质量标准》的要求;精密度也均符合实验方法要求;方法也均具有较强的抗干扰能力;两种方法加标回收率分别为85.1%-98.5%和95.0%-105%,相对标准偏差分别为1.8%-3.7%和2.0%-3.6%。
        This paper set up a comparision of determination of atrazine in water by high performance liquid chromatography and ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that,In a certain concentration range,the standard working curve linear of the two methods were all good;the instrument detection limits of two methods were in line with the " Environmental quality standards for surface water ". The precision experiments also met the requirement of the experiment method. And the two methods had strong anti-interference abilities. The recovery rates of two methods were in the range of 85.1-98.5% and 95.0-105%,RSD were in the range of 1.8%-3.7% and 2.0%-3.6%.
