双指标和化学计量学对板蓝根和姜黄进行品质分析

摘要
利用共有峰率和变异峰率双指标模型,鉴别了不同产地板蓝根混伪品的红外指纹图谱,同时运用模式识别对姜黄样品共有特征红外光谱峰数据进行处理。模式识别与双指标模型分析结果相同,广东的姜黄综合得分最高,为1.12;山东和安徽的姜黄共有峰率最高,达到100%;板蓝根共有峰率最高的是R1∶R3为86.7%,变异峰率最高的是R1∶R4为50.0%。板蓝根与葛根的红外吸收特征峰类似,尤其是R6和R1,共有峰率达到86.7%。红外指纹图谱与双指标模型结合的方法,可以对中药进行简单、快速、准确鉴别。
        Common and variation peak ratios were calculated as dual-index model based on the infrared spectra(IR) of the mixture of Kudzuvine root and Radix from different regions.Additionally,recognition patterns of chemometrics were employed in order to process data of mean IR absorption peaks of Curcuma longa.L.The results of principle component analysis(PCA) and hierarchal cluster analysis(HCA) were nearly uniform.The highest integrated score of Curcuma longa.L. from Shan Dong was 1.12.In addition, the high common peaks ratio was up to 100.0%(C2∶C3).Among Radix samples, the highest common peaks ratio was 86.7%(R1∶R3),and the highest variant peaks ratio was 50%(R1∶R4).The IR absorption spectra of Kudzuvine root and Radix were similar, especially R6 and R1.The common peaks ratio between them reached 86.7%. The result indicated that IR combined with dual-index model provided a rapid and accurate way for identification and quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicines.
