摘要

铁路车站行车安全是运输生产系统运行秩序正常、旅客生命财产平安无险、货物和运输设备完好无损的综合表现,也是在运输生产过程中为达到位移而进行的全部生产活动协调运作的结果。为提升铁路车站行车安全管理水平,概述铁路车站行车安全管理现状,针对存在的安全管理责任落实不到位、安全管理瓶颈无法突破、安全隐患整治不力、安全预防缺乏源头整治等问题,提出推进安全关口前移、强化风险管控机制、加强行车安全环境建设等对策,以确保铁路向旅客和用户提供安全可靠的运输服务。
        Train operation safety at railway stations is a comprehensive manifestation of normal operation of the transportation production system, and safety of passengers' lives and property, intact goods and transport equipment, as well as the result of coordinated operation of all production activities to achieve displacement in transportation production process. To improve the safety management level of railway station, this paper outlines the current situation of safety management of railway station. Aiming at the problems of insufficient implementation of safety management responsibilities, insufficient breakthrough of safety management bottlenecks and remediation of potential safety hazards and lack of source remediation of safety prevention, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as grasping the key to realize the advance of safety barriers, grasping the principles to prevent dangers in the future, resolving imbalances and creating a safe atmosphere, to ensure that railways provide safe and reliable transport services to passengers and users.
