摘要
在常温下将钢板轧薄,使得其达到目标厚度的钢材,这一加工工艺就是冷轧钢。与热轧钢相比,其精度更高,提高了钢材的美观度,机械加工的性能也比较高。现在轧钢轧生产过程中开始应用自动化控制技术,可以直接将材料加工成需要的形状,不仅有效改善了钢材的内部质量,而且大大提高了企业的经济效益。
Cold rolling is the process of rolling steel sheets at room temperature to achieve the target thickness. Compared with hot-rolled steel, it has higher precision, improved the aesthetics of steel, and higher mechanical processing performance. Now the automatic control technology has been applied in the rolling process, which can directly process the material into the desired shape. It not only effectively improves the internal quality of steel, but also greatly improves the economic benefits of enterprises.
