球墨铸铁消失模铸造涂料的研究进展

摘要
耐火涂料作为铸造工艺中十分重要的因素,涂料的性能优劣直接影响到铸件的质量。消失模铸造涂料存在透气性差、高温强度低、剥离性较差等性能缺陷,将对铸件品质产生较大影响,因此涂料配方优化和涂层对铸件品质影响分析已成为当下研究的热点。考察球墨铸铁消失模铸造涂料性能缺陷,分析了球墨铸铁件消失模铸造对涂料的要求,探讨了球墨铸铁消失模铸造涂料配方及工艺、涂料性能、涂料对球墨铸铁件品质的影响,提出了球墨铸铁消失模铸造涂料的研究方向。
        Refractory coatings are a key factor in the casting process,and the performance of the coating directly affects the quality of the castings.In the production of lost foam casting,the defects such as poor gas permeability,low temperature strength and poor peelability have a great effect on the quality of castings.The optimization of coating formulation and the influence of coating on casting quality have become the hotspots of current research.Combined with the defects of ductile iron lost foam coatings,the requirements of coatings for ductile iron castings were analyzed.The formulation and process of ductile iron lost foam coatings,coating properties,coatings on the defects of ductile iron castings were analyzed.The research direction of ductile iron lost foam coatings was analyzed.
