摘要
[目的]建立高效氯氟氰菊酯的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]使用C18反相柱和二极管阵列检测器,以甲醇-水为流动相,对试样中高效氯氟氰菊酯进行测定。[结果]高效氯氟氰菊酯线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差为0.14,变异系数为0.54%,平均回收率为100.1%。[结论]该方法操作简便快捷,准确度、精密度高,线性关系良好,是理想的分析方法。
[Aims ] The aims were to develop the analysis method for lambda-cyhalothrin by HPLC. [Me thods ] Using C18 reversed-phase column and diode array detector, with methanol-water as the mobile phase, the determination of the content of lambda-cyhalothrin in sample was conducted. [Re s ults ] The linearly correlation coefficient of lambda-cyhalothrin was 0.9999, the standard deviation was 0.14, the variation coefficeint was 0.54%, and the mean recovery was 100.1% [Conclus ions ] The method is simple, rapid, with high accuracy, precision and good linear relationship. It can be taken as the ideal analysis method.
