摘要
为了提高汽车的空间利用率,基于异形容器设计原则,设计一种新型扁长型车载LNG气瓶,并进行受力分析。首先,利用压力容器试算法,确定LNG气瓶各关键尺寸;然后,利用非线性屈曲和应力分析,从结构稳定性和强度角度进行优化,优化后的结果显示气瓶最大应力减小了45.2%;最后,采用应力线性化对气瓶受力进行分析,发现定义6个关键路径能满足强度限制标准。
In order to improve space utilization rate of vehicles, having design principle of the specially-shaped containers based to designs a new flat-length vehicle LNG cylinder was implemented, including analysis of its force. Firstly, having pressure vessel test algorithm adopted to determine key dimensions of LNG cylinders; and then, having nonlinear buckling and stress analysis used to optimize their structural stability and strength to show that the maximum stress of the cylinder can be reduced by 45.2%; and finally, having stress linearization used to analyze the force of cylinders to indicate that six critical paths defined can meet the strength limit criteria.
