摘要
通过对硅钢酸洗机组PROFIBUS DP网络瞬间断网故障的排查,最终提出了分网改造方案,即可将故障可能较大又不影响机组运行的网络单独分出来,减小断网故障影响范围,同时也解决了该段断网故障。
In this paper, based on the troubleshooting of the instantaneous network interruption fault of PROFIBUS DP network of Annealing&Pickling Line, it proposed the subnet transformation scheme. This scheme can not only separate the network with large faults without affecting the unit's operation, but also reduce the influence range of network interruption fault, and solve the network interruption fault of this section at the same time.
