摘要
为适应油田地面建设用地征地难的现状,高效利用建设用地,长庆油田采用立体化布站的设计思路,设计出一种小规模立体化注水站。立体化注水站由3个功能区组成,细分成6个模块。将配电-储水-水处理-注水功能区进行分层布置,减少了注水站的占地面积;单个功能区采用橇装化设计、工厂化预制,缩短了小型注水站的设计周期和建设周期。通过优化,注水站减少征地面积60%,缩短设计周期30%,缩短建设周期50%,同时实现了注水站井站合建,规避了重新征地的繁琐程序,提高了小型注水站现场适用性,应用效果良好。
        In order to adapt to the difficult land acquisition situation of oilfield surface construction and to use construction land efficiently,Chang Qing Oilfield brings forth a new small-scale three-dimensional water injection station by using the design idea of three-dimensional station distribution. This water injection station includes three functional areas, and can be subdivided into six units. Placing the power distribution unit, water storage unit, water treatment unit and water injection unit in different layers reduces the floor land of the station. Single functional area adopts skid-mounted design and factory prefabrication, which shortens the design and construction cycle of the small-scale water injection station. Through optimization, for the water injection station, the land acquisition can be saved by 60%,the design cycle can be shortened by 30%,and the construction cycle can be shortened by 50%.At the same time, the water injection station can be built in the well site, the complex procedures of land acquisition can be got around, the on-site suitability of small-scale station is improved, and the field application effect is good.
