摘要
目的:评定杯式法、电解法和红外法3种方法测量塑料薄膜水蒸气透过量的不确定度。方法:根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,分析3种测量水蒸气透过量方法的不确定度来源,建立数学模型量化不确定度分量,计算每种方法的不确定度。结果:杯式法、电解法和红外法测量82μm PET的水蒸气透过量及扩展不确定度(k=2)分别为(7.07±0.20)、(7.06±0.72)、(6.94±0.42) g·(m~2·d)~(-1)。结论:3种方法的不确定度评定中,电解法的合成标准不确定度最大且主要来源于校准膜引入的不确定度。
        Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of the water vapor transmission rate of plastic film by cup method, electrolytic detection sensor method and infrared detection sensor method. Methods: According to the JJF1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement", uncertainty sources of the three kinds of methods for measuring the water vapor transmission rate were analyzed, mathematical model was established to quantify the uncertainty component and calculate the uncertainty of each method. Results: The water vapor transmission rate and expanded uncertainty(k=2) of 82 μm PET were(7.07±0.20),(7.06±0.72) and(6.94±0.42) g·(m~2·d)~(-1), respectively by cup method, electrolytic detection sensor method and infrared detection sensor method. Conclusion: In the evaluation of the uncertainty of the three methods, the combined standard uncertainty by the electrolytic detection sensor method is the largest and mainly comes from the uncertainty introduced by calibration film.
