摘要
某石化厂低压蒸汽管道断裂,致使整个供热系统停运。本文运用宏观检查、硬度测试、金相检验等方法,对事故的原因进行了分析.结果表明管道厚度低于最小计算壁厚为此次事故的直接原因,焊缝存在未焊透缺陷诱发了事故产生,由于安装时候未进行无损检测以及运行过程中为进行年度检查和安全评定,让此条管道处于监控之外,我们需要遵照相应规范标准,根据年度检查结果确定其安全状况等级和检验周期。
        The Petrochemicallow Pressure Pipeline Fracture, Shut down the whole heating system.In this paper, the causes of accident were analyzed by macroscopic inspection,hardness test,metallographic examination.The results showed that the immediate cause of the accident pipeline thickness is inferior to minimum calculated wall thickness.The accident was triggered is pipeline welding have incomplete penetration.Since nondestructive testing is not performed at the time of installation and annual inspection and safety evaluation are carried out during operation,this pipeline is placed outside the monitoring.We need to follow the corresponding standards and determine the safety status and inspection cycle according to the annual inspection results.
