摘要
为了有效解决我国西南山地丘陵地区折耳根、马铃薯等作物的机械化收获,基于模块化设计方法,设计了一种小型折耳根多功能收获机。首先简要介绍了模块化设计概念及总体设计流程;之后确定了收获机的总体布置,基于面向设计的模块划分方法对其总功能进行分解,并得到一系列公共模块和专用模块,并对收获机的关键模块:折耳根的滚压模块和马铃薯的拨轮模块做了详细研究,对两种挖掘、筛分模块三维模型也作了展示;最后通过公共模块组合不同的专用模块可形成不同功能的收获机,即可对折耳根、马铃薯等作物进行收获,实现了折耳根收获机的多功能性。
In order to effectively solve the mechanized harvesting of the crop such as Herba houttuyniae and potato in southwest hilly region,a small-sized Herba houttuyniae harvester was designed based on the modular design method. Firstly,the concept of modular design,classification and overall design flow were briefly introduced.Secondly,the overall layout of the harvester was determined,the total function of the harvester was decomposed based on the design-oriented module partitioning method,and a series of public modules and special modules were obtained,and the key modules were introduced,which include rolling module,wheel module,and mining module. Finally,the combination of different modules can be formed with different functions,which can achieve the multi-functions.
