摘要

工程管理专业实践应用型人才培养无论对教师还是对学生,都是一种全新的教学理念。分析了工程管理专业教学体系现存的问题,将"卓越工程师"培养计划与能力导向教育思想相结合,从两个方面对传统的工程管理专业教育教学理念进行了创新。以施工为主的传统的工程管理专业知识体系优化为面向"策划-设计-施工-运营"的知识体系;将毕业生的执业岗位从过去以建造师为主向咨询工程师、监理工程师、造价工程师、建造师等全寿命期的执业岗位转变,显著提高了工程管理专业学生的综合执业能力。实践表明,该模式对工程管理专业的实践型人才培养成效显著,并取得了良好的教学效果。
        The training of practical and applied talents in engineering management major is a new teaching concept for both teachers and students. This paper analyzes the problems in the teaching system of engineering management major.Taking China University of Petroleum as an example,it combines the training plan of " outstanding engineers" with the ability-oriented education idea,and innovates the traditional teaching idea of engineering management major from two aspects. On the one hand,we will optimize the traditional engineering management professional knowledge system based on construction as a knowledge system oriented to " planning-design-construction-operation"; on the other hand,we will shift the graduates' professional positions from the former construction engineers to the consultant engineers,supervision engineers,cost engineers, builders and other life-cycle practitioners. Job change has significantly improved the comprehensive professional ability of engineering management students. Practice shows that the training mode has achieved remarkable results in training practical talents of engineering management major,and has achieved good teaching results.
