煤炭最优化工用途定量评价研究

摘要
为了定量评价某种煤炭的最优化工用途,使煤炭发挥其最大利用价值,以延长矿业集团为例,选取其榆林地区3个矿井中的15种煤炭样本作为研究对象,同时,选取其主要煤化工产品用煤指标作为比对标准,首先运用四种相似方法进行初步定量评价分析,其次对相似方法进行修正调整,最后得出综合相似系数,并验证定量评价结果,分别得到15种煤炭的最优化工用途.研究表明,在延长矿业集团榆林地区3个煤矿15种样本煤中,有9种样本煤适用于集团内部化工用煤标准,而在这9种样本煤中,样本煤5的最优化工用途为生产乙二醇,样本煤2、4、6、9和13的最优化工用途为生产甲醇,样本煤7、14和15的最优化工用途为生产醋酸.
        In order to quantitatively evaluate the optimal chemical use of a certain coal and make the coal play its maximum utilization value, this paper takes Yanchang mining group as an example, selects 15 coal samples from 3 mines in Yulin area as the research object, at the same time, selects the coal indicators of its main coal chemical products as the comparison standard, first uses four similar methods to conduct preliminary quantitative evaluation and analysis, then corrects and adjusts the similar methods, finally obtains the comprehensive similarity coefficient, and verifies the quantitative evaluation results, and respectively obtains the optimal chemical use of 15 kinds of coal. The research shows that among 15 sample coals from 3 coal mines in Yulin area of Yanchang mining group, 9 sample coals are suitable for internal chemical coal standards. among these 9 sample coals, the optimal chemical use of sample coal 5 is to produce ethylene glycol, the optimal chemical use of sample coal 2, 4, 6,9 and 13 is to produce methanol, and the optimal chemical use of sample coal 7, 14 and 15 is to produce acetic acid.
