摘要
运用改进TOPSIS法对兰州市1995—2015年土地利用多功能及功能障碍度进行评价,以阐明基于可持续利用的兰州市土地利用多功能时序变化特征与规律。结果表明:(1)兰州市土地利用总功能呈现不断上升态势,功能协调性经历先下降后上升,功能日趋多元化,功能重心由社会功能变为经济功能。(2)经济和社会功能均进入快速提升阶段,而生态功能经历不断下降后缓慢上升过程。(3)经济和社会功能障碍度随时间均在下降,而生态功能障碍度不断上升,并且成为障碍度最大的土地功能。兰州市今后应重点提升生态功能,关注经济、社会功能中的短板单项功能——农业生产和文化休闲功能,提高土地利用功能间协调性,实现土地多功能利用和可持续发展。
        Based on sustainable land use,this paper uses the improved TOPSIS method to evaluate the land use multi-functional changes and functional disturbances in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province,China from 1995 to 2015 to illustrate the characteristics and laws of those changes.The results can be summarized as follows:(1) The total land use function in Lanzhou shows a rising trend.The harmony of land use functions had experienced a decline at the beginning and a rise thereafter,and the functions had become increasingly diversified and the functional focus has been changed from social function to economic function.(2) Both economic and social functions had entered a period of rapid improvement,while the ecological function has experienced a gradual decline and followed by a slow rise.(3) The degree of economic and social dysfunction had been decreased over time,while the degree of ecological dysfunction has been on the rise and become the most obstacle of land use functions. Based on the analysis,we suggest that the focus of land use in Lanzhou in the future should be paid on uplifting the ecological function and improving the agricultural production and cultural leisure functions which are the letdowns in the economic and social functions as well as improving the coordination between land use functions.
