磺胺嘧啶银与美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗四肢Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效比较

摘要
目的对比磺胺嘧啶银与美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗四肢Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效。方法将四肢Ⅱ度烧伤患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组采用美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组采用磺胺嘧啶银治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、止痛效果、创面愈合时间、感染率、瘢痕发生率及创面分泌物情况,并比较两组患者创面肉芽组织缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白的表达水平。结果观察组疗效、疼痛缓解效果及创面分泌物情况均优于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,瘢痕发生率及创面HIF-1α蛋白表达水平均低于对照组,创面VEGF蛋白表达水平高于对照组(均P <0. 05)。结论与磺胺嘧啶银相比,美宝湿润烧伤膏可以更好地促进四肢Ⅱ度烧伤患者伤口愈合,缓解疼痛,减少瘢痕发生率。
Objective To compare the efficacy between sulfadiazine silver and moist exposed burn ointment( MEBO) in treating second-degree burn of extremities. Methods A total of 120 patients with second-degree burn wounds of extremities were randomly divided into the observation group or the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with MEBO,and the control group with sulfadiazine silver. The clinical efficacy,analgesic effect,duration for wound healing,infection rate,incidence of scar,and condition of wound secretion were compared between the two groups,besides,the hypoxia inducible factor-1α( HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) proteins expression levels in the granulation tissues of wound were also compared. Results Compared to the control group,the observation group was of superior efficacy,analgesic effect and condition of wound secretion,shorter duration for wound healing,lower incidence of scar and HIF-1 protein expression level of the wound,and higher VEGF protein expression level of the wound( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with sulfadiazine silver,MEBO can better promote wound healing,relieve pain,and reduce the incidence of scar in patients with second-degree burn of extremities.
