重症肌无力患者自我感受负担与社会支持、应对方式的相关性研究

摘要
目的研究重症肌无力(MG)患者自我感受负担与社会支持、应对方式的相关性。方法选取2015年7月至2017年7月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院收治的122例MG患者,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用自我感受负担量表、社会支持定量表、简易应对方式问卷表对患者的自我负担感觉、社会支持、应对方式进行调查。结果 MG患者自我感受负担总分为(37.14±7.24)分,其中,重度负担39例(31.97%),中度负担66例(54.10%),轻度负担17例(13.93%);本组患者中,社会支持总分和消极应对评分高于常模组,积极应对评分低于常模组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我感受负担与社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持、利用度、积极应对呈负相关(P<0.05),与消极应对无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 MG患者自我感受负担为中等水平,社会支持力以及应对方式能力较低,临床上可根据患者病情予以相关的护理干预,鼓励患者充分利用社会支持资源,引导患者以及家属采取积极态度,从而可改善患者的自我感受负担能力。
Objective To investigate the correlation self-perceived burden with social support and coping styles in patients with myasthenia gravis(MG).Methods The clinical data of 122 MG patients treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from July of 2015 to July of 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.Self-Perceived Burden Scale,Social Support Rating Scale,and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire were used to investigate the patients' self-perceived burden,social support and coping styles respectively.Results The total score of the patients' self-perceived burden was(37.14±7.24).There were 39 cases with severe burden(31.97%),66 cases with moderate burden(54.10%)and 17 cases with mild burden(13.93%).The total score of social support and negative coping scores of those patients were significantly higher than those of the norm group(P<0.05),and their positive coping scores were significantly lower than those of the norm group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-perceived burden was negatively correlated with the total score of social support,objective support,supervisor support,utilization degree and positive coping style(P<0.05),and it was not correlated with the negative coping style(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-perceived burden of MG patients is moderate,and their social support and coping ability are low.The relevant nursing intervention based on patients' conditions can be implemented to encourage patients to make full use of social support resources and guide patients and their families to adopt positive attitude so as to ameliorate their self-perceived burden.
