摘要

目的探讨品管圈联合个案管理对提高乳腺癌术后上肢功能锻炼依从性的应用效果。方法本科于2016年5～11月成立品管圈并联合个案管理。将乳腺癌患者术后上肢功能锻炼依从性列入个案管理监测指标。对乳腺癌患者术后上肢功能锻炼的依从性的影响因素进行现状调查及要因分析,设定目标,针对原因制定改进措施并实施。比较活动前后乳腺癌患者术后上肢功能锻炼的依从性。结果品管圈联合个案管理实施后,乳腺癌术后功能锻炼依从性优于活动前,对功能锻炼完全依从的患者由活动前33.33%提高至活动后的63.41%(P<0.05),对功能锻炼部分依从患者由活动前的38.89%下降至活动后的26.83%,对功能锻炼不依从患者由活动前的27.78%下降至9.76%。结论开展品管圈活动联合个案管理,能有效提高乳腺癌患者术后上肢功能锻炼的依从性,促进患者患侧上肢功能恢复,提高了患者生活质量。
        Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle combined with case management on improving postoperative upper extremities function training compliance of breast cancer patients. Methods Setting up the quality control circle from May to November 2016, and combining case management to investigate and analyze the status of compliance and the influencing factors, then setting goals to develop and implement the measures, and compare the compliance before and after quality control circle activities. The compliance of postoperative upper extremities function training in breast cancer patients was considered a monitoring indicator for case management. Results Compliance had been significantly improved after quality control circle(P<0.05), the patients who were fully compliant increased from 33.33% to 63.41%, those who were partially compliant decreased from 38.89% to 26.83%, and those who were completely noncompliant decreased from 27.78% to 9.76%.Conclusions Combining quality control circle with case management can effectively improve the postoperative upper extremities function training compliance of breast cancer patients, promote the upper extremities function recovery, improve the quality of life for breast cancer patients.
