摘要

陈朝明教授通过多年的临床试验和经验总结出分阶段运用针灸及火针疗法治疗带状疱疹的方法。陈教授通过将带状疱疹发病的不同阶段分为水痘期和疱疹期、恢复期及后遗症期,在不同时期单独或交替使用针灸及火针疗法针刺阿是穴、皮损分布神经节段脊椎及上下各一椎的夹脊穴及相关配穴,通过镇痛、提高免疫效应、消炎、促进组织及神经修复等作用达到治疗带状疱疹的作用,具有良好的临床疗效。文章详细介绍了陈朝明教授分阶段治疗带状疱疹的经验。
        Through many years of clinical trials and experience, Professor CHEN Chao-ming has summarized the treatment methods of herpes zoster by stages of acupuncture and fire acupuncture. CHEN divided the different stages of herpes zoster into varicella stage, herpes stage, recovery stage and sequelae stage, and acupuncture and fire acupuncture therapy were used for needling,skin-damaged vertebrae and adjacent vertebrae of Jiaji and related acupoints individually or alternately at different periods to treat herpes zoster by analgesia, enhancing immune effect, anti-inflammation, promoting tissue and nerve repair. It has good clinical efficacy. This article will introduce in detail professor CHEN Chao-ming's experience of treating herpes zoster by stages.
