摘要

基于五运六气理论建立五脏生克制化辨证模式,分析五脏之间生、克、复的关系,阐述高血压病的发病机制,认为多种机制皆可导致患者出现血压升高,血压升高是多种证型均可出现的临床表现。对于高血压病的治疗应综合分析患者的五脏功能,补不及,损有余,恢复五脏功能平衡。五脏生克制化辨证模式是五脏功能兼顾的辨证模式,可以很好的指导高血压病的诊疗,值得临床进一步推广。文章通过病案一则,对运用五脏生克制化辨证模式诊疗高血压病的方法作具体介绍。
        Based on the theory of Fiveyun Sixqi, the syndrome differentiation model of the birth-control-inhibitionconversion of five zang(abbreviated to BCICOF syndrome differentiation model) is established. The syndrome differentiation model believes that various mechanisms can lead to elevated blood pressure in patients, hypertension is a clinical manifestation of various syndromes. For the treatment of hypertension, the functions of five zang should be comprehensively analyzed, benefite the weak, restrain the excess, restoring functional balance of five zang. The BCICOF syndrome differentiation model takes into account the functions of the five zang, which can guide the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension very well. It is worthy of further clinical promotion. By a case, this paper introduces the method of using the BCICOF syndrome differentiation model to diagnose and treat hypertension.
