摘要
为创制赶黄草优质突变体材料提供参考,设置6个EMS浓度和3个反应时间对赶黄草1号种子进行诱变处理。结果表明:赶黄草不同农艺和品质性状对EMS诱变浓度及反应时间需求的不同:对发芽率而言,0.5%为最优EMS浓度;EMS浓度0.9%+诱变15h处理的株高适宜,果期株直径最大,拥有最佳抗倒伏能力,可作为赶黄草抗倒伏材料的候选;EMS浓度0.3%+诱变15h处理的小区叶鲜重产量最高,可作为叶用型赶黄草高产材料的候选;EMS浓度0.5%+诱变10h处理的总黄酮含量最高,EMS浓度0.1%+诱变15h处理的槲皮素含量最高。
The seeds of Ganhuangcao 1(aPenthorum chinense variety)were treated with EMS(six concentrations and three treatment times)to creat quality mutants in P.chinense.Result:Different agronomic traits and quality trait of Ganhuangcao 1 have different response to EMS concentration and treatment time respectively.0.5% EMS is the optimum concentration for germination rate of Ganhuangcao1.The plant height,plant diameter and lodging-resistance capability of the seeds treated with 0.9% EMS for 15 hare suitable,the maximum and best respectively and the 0.9% EMS + 15 htreatment time pattern can be used in breeding of materials with lodging-resistance capability.The fresh leaf yield/plot of the seeds treated with 0.3% EMS for 15 his the highest and the 0.3% EMS + 15 htreatment time pattern can be used in breeding of materials with high yield.Total flavonoid content of the seeds treated with 0.5% EMS for 10 his the highest but the quercetin content of the seeds treated with 0.1% EMS for15 his the highest.
