摘要
[目的]研究杀虫剂噻虫嗪对微生物菌剂主要功能菌株——胶冻样类芽孢杆菌(Patuibacillus mucilaginous,YH-001)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,YH-002)和地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis,YH-003)的拮抗作用。[方法]采用平板对峙法和梯度稀释法对以上3种主要功能菌株的拮抗作用进行研究。[结果]噻虫嗪浓度为0.005%、0.050%、0.100%、0.200%时对胶冻样类芽孢杆菌(YH-001)的抑制率分别达到10%、10%、60%和100%,噻虫嗪浓度在0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%浓度时对地衣芽孢杆菌(YH-003)的抑制率分别达到2.13%、10.59%、20.21%、30.85%,而噻虫嗪浓度在0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%浓度时对枯草芽孢杆菌(YH-002)抑制作用一般。[结论]杀虫剂噻虫嗪对微生物菌剂具有一定的抑制作用,为实际生产提供理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to study the antagonistic effect of thiamethoxam against the main functional strains on microbial agents: Patuibacillus mucilaginous(YH-001), Bacillus subtilis(YH-002) and Bacillus licheniformis(YH-003). [Method]The antagonistic effects of the above three major functional strains were studied by plate confrontation and gradient dilution method.[Result] When the concentration of thiamethoxam was 0.005%, 0.050%, 0.100%, 0.200%, the inhibition rate against YH-001 reached 10%,10%, 60% and 100%, respectively. When the concentration of thiamethoxam was 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% and 0.4%, the inhibition rates against YH-003 respectively reached 2.13%,10.59%,20.21%,30.85%, while, common inhibitory effect against YH-002.[Conclusion]Thiamethoxam has a certain inhibitory effect on microbial agents, which provides a reference for application.
