摘要

在如何做好基层通信班组管理的探讨中,深刻认识到基层班组是生产企业的细胞,是各项生产工作的最终落脚点,班组管理的质量决定了生产工作能否高效有序的推进。在电力市场改革的新形势下,只有在日常工作中努力提高班组管理水平,切实加强班组建设,才能为中心的发展提供源源不断的动力。
        Basic-level teams are cells of power production enterprises and also the final foothold of all production work. The team management quality will determine the production efficiency. Considering the new reforming situation of the power market, the management of the basic-level communication teams should be further emphasized and improved. Existing problems in the team management and improvement measures are discussed.
