摘要

人工价格是在劳动力市场上竞争能力的综合体现,也是人工成本控制的要点。在建设工程施工领域中,由于人工市场价格变化引起人工费调整或合同价款调整的争议增多,全面了解人工费用和材料价格变化的特征,对建筑工程造价成本控制具有重要意义。为了适应建筑市场变化,维护承发包双方的合理利益,文章从人工市场价格与劳务分包价格入手,阐述了人工价格变化对工程造价人工费的影响及调整措施,并通过实例,结合人工市场价格的特点提出当人工市场价格变化时人工费的具体调整方法,进而确定合同价款调整额度,提高合同履约效率。在建筑市场供求和价格水平发生经常性波动的情况下,工程造价人工费也处于不断变化之中,这对建筑工程造价控制带来了一定的影响。因此,合理控制人工费可解决工程建设过程中因合同价款调整而产生的争议,从而提高工程建设效率,保证建筑市场的健康发展。
        Manual price is a comprehensive manifestation of the ability to compete in the labor market and is also the key point of labor cost control. In the field of construction project construction, due to the increase in disputes over labor cost adjustment and contract price adjustment caused by changes in labor market prices, it is of great significance to fully understand the characteristics of labor cost and material price changes, and to control the cost of construction project. METHODS: In order to adapt to the changes in the construction market, to maintain the reasonable interests of both parties, starting from the labor market price and the labor subcontract price, the effect of the change in labor price on the labor cost of the project and the adjustment measures were elaborated, and examples were adopted. Based on the characteristics of the labor market price, this paper puts forward the specific adjustment method of labor cost when the labor market price changes, then determines the amount of contract price adjustment, and improves the performance efficiency of the contract. Conclusion: Under the condition that the supply and demand of the construction market and the price level fluctuate frequently, the labor cost of the construction cost is also in constant change, which has brought about a certain impact on the control of construction cost. Therefore, the reasonable control of labor cost can solve the disputes arising from the adjustment of contract price in the course of construction, so as to improve the efficiency of construction and ensure the healthy development of the construction market.
