BIM技术在钢结构施工方案决策分析中的应用研究

摘要
针对高层大跨度钢结构施工过程难以实时跟踪和有效模仿问题,应用BIM技术来实现对钢结构建筑的虚拟施工。以某一钢结构建筑施工项目为对象,引入虚拟施工理念和Revit系列建模软件构建结构3D模型,对施工现场可视化和碰撞检测进行施工现场分析,并基于Navis Works提供的实践命令下,建立钢结构的四维空间模型,实现对不同施工节点和施工状态下的动态化模拟。研究结果表明:采用BIM技术构建虚拟化施工模型有效地实现了建筑、结构、机电的一体化施工建设,通过Navis Works的可视化协调作用和时间命令项,根据施工顺序将动态效果与Time Liner进行关联整合,使得模拟效果更具动态感,并方便施工现场和设计人员的模型调用,能够对正在施工项目存在的问题提前感知。
        In view of the difficulty in tracking and effectively imitating the construction process of long-span steel structure,the paper put forward the application of BIM technology to realize the virtual construction of steel structure building. Taking a steel structure building construction project as the object,the virtual construction idea was introduced and Revit series modeling software was used to establish 3 D models,from the construction site visual inspection and the analysis of collision detection for the construction site,and based on the practice of Navis Works provides command,the four dimensional space of the steel structure model was established,the dynamic simnlation of different construction progress nodes and construction states was combducted. The research results showed that the BIM technology could be used to construct virtual construction model,effective implementation of the construction,structure,mechanical and electrical integration construction,through the role of the visual coordination Navis Works and Time order,the dynamic effects were corredabol and integrated with Time Liner based on the constructuion sequece,it made the simulation effect more dynamic,convenient for design staff to the construction site calls,and predict the construction matters.
