基于美国CFR标准的地铁车辆动力学分析

摘要
为确保我国提供美国轨道车辆产品满足设计要求,研究美国CFR标准的地铁车辆动力学性能评估方法.首先,总结CFR标准中车辆运行时产生的轮轨力、车体加速度及转向架横向加速度数据的处理方法及评价指标;其次,建立某出口地铁车辆的动力学分析模型,再结合线路运行条件和车辆结构特点确定动力学分析工况;最后,在典型运行工况下,进行地铁车辆的动力学分析,并依据标准要求对计算结果进行低通滤波及窗函数的数据处理.结果表明:地铁车辆动力学性能良好,满足设计要求.分析结果可为地铁车辆设计提供理论依据,同时其动力学分析思路亦可推广到类似产品的动力学分析中.
        In order to ensure that our country provides US rail vehicles to meet the requirements, the metro vehicle dynamics simulation is studied based on CFR standard. The data processing method and evaluation index of wheel-rail force, carbody acceleration and bogie lateral acceleration in CFR standard are summarized. The dynamic simulation model of an export metro vehicle is established, and the dynamic simulation cases are determined according to the operation rail conditions and the structure characteristics of the vehicle. Finally, vehicle dynamics simulation is carried out under typical case, and the calculation results are processed with the low pass filter and the window function according to the standard requirements. The results show that the vehicle dynamic performance is good and meets the design requirements. The simulation results can provide theoretical basis for product design, and the whole simulation ideas can be used for similar products.
