论文旨在比较循环经济和产业生态化的内涵特点,提出在区域经济建设中,为实现"生态文明建设"目标的合理化建议。
        The purpose of this paper is to compare the connotation and characteristics of circular economy and industrial ecologicalization, and to put forward some reasonable suggestions for realizing the goal of "ecological civilization construction" in the construction of regional economy.
