摘要
心理资本理论为社会弱势群体应对困境提供可能,这对高校帮助少数民族大学生解决就业问题具有现实意义。心理资本对大学生在校满意度的提高、创业意向的形成以及就业绩效的提升具有促进作用,进而对大学生就业能力的提升产生潜在的影响。高校以心理资本理论为视角,探索少数民族大学生就业能力,提升"从文化适应到文化融合、从心理认同到校园归属、从被动应对到主动参与"的实践策略,可以为少数民族大学生提高就业能力提供帮助。
The theory of psychological capital provides the possibility for the socially disadvantaged groups to cope with the predicament which has practical significance for colleges and universities to help minority college students solve employment problems. Psychological capital has a positive effect on the improvement of college students' satisfaction, the formation of entrepreneurial intentions and the improvement of employment performance,which has a potential impact on the improvement of college students' employ abilities. From the perspective of psychological capital theory, colleges and universities can explore the practical strategies of minority college students' employment ability, from cultural adaptation to cultural integration, from psychological identification to campus attribution, from passive response to active participation, which can help minority college students to improve their employ abilities.
