摘要
高校行政管理是一个系统性工程,行政管理效率、服务意识、管理模式等都关系到高校各项工作的执行和落实,关系到学校人才培养的质量,也关系到整个学校的长远发展。本文将从新公共服务理论的视角出发,探索改进学校行政管理的可行路径,促进学校整体可持续健康发展。
University administration is a systematic project. The efficiency, service awareness and management mode of the administration are all related to the implementation of various work in a university, as well as the quality of talent training and the long-term development of the whole university. This paper will explore the feasible path of improving university administration from the perspective of new public service theory, so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of universities as a whole.
