基于CSE的创新型外语人才外语能力测评——以写作能力测评为例

摘要
外语能力是创新型外语人才的基础和核心能力,突出强调现实语言运用能力、跨文化交际能力、批判性思维能力和自主学习能力。本文阐明了创新型外语人才外语能力测评的目的和意义,并以写作能力测评为例,论述如何运用中国英语能力等级量表为教师评价、学习者自评、外部评价三类测评提供参照框架,实现外语教学和测评的一体化。
        As the fundamental and core competence of innovative foreign language talents, the foreign language competence mainly finds its expressions in real life language using, cross-cultural communication, critical thinking and autonomous learning. The present paper discusses the purposes and values and of assessing the foreign language competence of innovative foreign language talents. Taking the writing competence assessment as an example, it then illustrates how to employ China's Standards of English as a framework of reference in teacher-based assessment, students' self-assessment, and external assessment for the integration of foreign language teaching and assessment.
