系统功能语言学视野下中轻度阿尔茨海默症患者话语的模态意义潜势及意义的建构

摘要
阿尔茨海默症患者临床上以记忆减退、言语障碍、行为异常为主要特征,会导致进行性言语失调甚至失语,给患者的学习、工作、家庭生活、人际交往等带来了极大的困难。从系统功能语言学的角度对中轻度阿尔茨海默症患者的会话进行多维分析有助于对患者的语言功能做出准确判断和明晰评估。本研究从中轻度阿尔兹海默症患者的实例出发,通过分析患者在意义潜势中的"选择"来探讨患者的语言受哪些因素的制约,同时探索语言模态意义潜势的个体化特征,以期揭示患者言语选择的行为特征与语言资源的意义表征之间的关系。
Alzheimer's disease is characterized by memory impairment, language disorders and abnormal behavior, which may lead to progressive language disorders and even aphasia, and bring them great difficulties in their study, work, family life and interpersonal communication. It could be seen that multidimensional analysis of conversations in patients with mild-to-moderate diseases from the perspective of systemic functional linguistics is helpful to make accurate judgments and clear assessment of language functions. The present study explores the constraints of the patient's language by analyzing the patient's "choice" in the meaning potential based on case study, and also explores individualized features of the meaning potential in order to reveal the relationship between language choice of the patients and meaning representation of their language resources.
