摘要

目的:探讨糖尿病患者血清骨钙素(OC)的水平与其各项肝功能指标、肾功能指标、血脂指标的关系。方法:对2017年7月至12月绵阳市中心医院收治的941例糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。对这些患者均进行血清OC、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨基转移酶(AST)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Creat)、葡萄糖(Glu)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)的检测。比较这些患者中不同性别、不同年龄段患者血清OC的水平及其血清OC的水平与其上述各项肝功能指标、肾功能指标、血脂指标的关系。结果:1)与男性患者相比,这941例患者中女性患者血清OC的水平更高,P <0.05。2)青年组患者血清OC的水平高于中年组患者和老年组患者,P <0.05。中年组患者与老年组患者血清OC的水平相比,P> 0.05。3)进行Pearson相关性分析的结果显示,这941例患者血清OC的水平与其血清Creat、Urea、GLU、TG及TC的水平均呈负相关,P <0.05;其血清OC的水平与其血清ALT、AST的水平无相关性,P>0.05。结论:糖尿病患者血清OC的水平与其各项肝功能指标、肾功能指标、血脂指标的水平密切相关。临床医生应对上述情况予以关注。
        objective: to investigate the relationship between serum osteocalcin(OC) level and various indexes of liver function, renal function and blood lipid in diabetic patients. Methods: the clinical data of 941 diabetic patients admitted to mianyang central hospital from July to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Serum OC, alanine aminotransferase(ALT), asparagus aminotransferase(AST), Urea, creatinine(Creat), glucose(Glu), triglyceride(TG) and cholesterol(TC) were detected in all these patients. The relationship between serum OC level, serum OC level, liver function index, renal function index and serum lipid index was compared among these patients of different genders and different ages. Results: 1) compared with male patients, the serum OC level of the 941 patients was higher in female patients, P <0.05. 2) serum OC level in the young group was higher than that in the middle-aged group and the elderly group, P < 0.05. Compared with the elderly group, the serum OC level in the middle-aged group was P > 0.05. 3) Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum OC level of these 941 patients was negatively correlated with the levels of Creat, Urea, GLU, TG and TC, P < 0.05. There was no correlation between the serum OC level and the serum ALT and AST levels, P > 0.05. Conclusion:the level of serum OC in diabetic patients is closely related to the levels of liver function indexes, renal function indexes and blood lipid indexes. Clinicians should pay attention to the above situation.
