摘要

血站护士对血站建设意义重大,在血站护士的帮助下,血站得以快速成型,并且步入正轨进行工作。但在实际工作中,部分血站护士由传统临床护士转型,但二者之间存在差异。传统临床护士更快融入工作。
        With the help of nurses in the blood station because the nurses in the blood station is of major significance to the construction of blood station, but in the practical work, some nurses in the blood station is transformed from clinic traditional nurses, but there are differences between the two, and mastering the difference can promote the traditional nurses rapidly integrate into the work.
