护理安全知识及手术配合能力培训在手术室护理人员中的应用

摘要
目的探讨护理安全知识及手术配合能力培训在手术室护理人员中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月至2018年1月我院48名手术室护理人员为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规护理培训,观察组则在对照组的基础上进行护理安全知识及手术配合能力培训。比较两组护理人员的安全知识认知度及手术配合能力。结果观察组护理人员培训后安全知识认知度高于对照组,手术配合能力高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论护理安全知识及手术配合能力培训在手术室护理工作中的应用效果较好,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the the application effect of nursing safety knowledge and surgical coordination ability training in nursing staff of operating room. Methods To select 48 operating room nursing staff in our hospital from June 2016 to January 2018 as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine nursing training,and the observation group was given nursing safety knowledge and surgical coordination ability training on the basis of the control group. The safety knowledge of the nursing staff and the ability of the surgical cooperation were compared between the two groups. Results The awareness of safety knowledge of the nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the surgical coordination ability was higher than that of the control group after the training( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nursing safety knowledge and surgical coordination ability training has better application effect in the operating room nursing work,which was worth popularizing and applying.
