摘要
目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型对黄疸患儿家长健康教育效果的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月于我院接受治疗的黄疸患儿及其家长各200例为研究对象,按照随机抽样法将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上采用信息-动机-行为技巧模型。比较两组患儿黄疸出现时间、黄疸消退时间及患儿家长的健康知识掌握情况。结果两组患儿黄疸出现时间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组患儿黄疸消退时间明显早于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患儿家长对疾病基础知识、护理方法、复诊要求方面的知识掌握情况明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论采用信息-动机-行为技巧模型对黄疸患儿家长进行健康教育,有利于提高其疾病护理知识的掌握程度,更有利于患儿黄疸的消退。
        Objective To explore the effect of information-motivation-behavioral skill model on the health education effect of parents of children with jaundice. Methods To select 200 cases of children with jaundice who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 and their parents as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random sampling method. The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given the information-motivation-behavioral skill model on the basis of the control group.The time of jaundice occurrence,the time of jaundice disappearance and the health knowledge of the parents of the children were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in time of jaundice occurrence between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The time of jaundice disappearance in the observation group was obviously earlier than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Parents of the observation group had a better mastery of the basic knowledge of the disease,nursing methods,and return visit requirements than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Using the information-motivation-behavioral skill model to carry out health education for parents of children with jaundice is conducive to improving the mastery of disease nursing knowledge,and is more conducive to the regression of jaundice in children.
