摘要

目的了解男男性行为者(MSM)男同交友应用程序使用习惯及深圳移动APP交友型MSM的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况,探讨其影响因素,为干预措施提供依据。方法应用同伴推动抽样和时间场所抽样方法招募MSM,使用平板电脑问卷进行人群横断面调查。结果共调查1 198名APP交友型MSM,HIV阳性率为8.4%,梅毒阳性率为10.2%。被调查者平均年龄为(28.43±7.04)岁,使用APP的目的主要是为了交友(69.9%)和寻找性伴(55.8%),使用APP的原因主要是交友方便快捷(72.1%)、可以显示距离远近(63.1%)和隐匿性强(54.4%)。最经常使用的APP软件是Blued。多因素分析显示,大学学历以下、月收入水平低于5 000元、不询问APP性伴HIV感染情况、与APP性伴发生性行为时没有坚持使用安全套,是HIV感染的危险因素;知晓自己最近一次HIV检测结果时间在两年以内是HIV感染的保护因素。结论对APP型MSM要加强动员检测和检测结果告知,使该人群及时了解自身感染状况。同时也要加强宣教工作力度,让MSM在发生性行为时坚持使用安全套。
        Objective To understand the HIV infection status and associated factors of MSM using mobile dating Apps in Shenzhen, and to explore its influencing factors to provide basis for intervention measures. Methods MSM was recruited by using RDS(respondent driven sampling) and time and place sampling. Results A total of 1 198 MSM using mobile dating Apps were investigated, with 8.4% of HIV positives and 10.2% of syphilis positives. The average age of the respondents was 28.43+7.04 years. The purpose of Apps use was to make friends(69.9%) and to find sexual partners(55.8%). The most commonly used App was Blued. Multivariate logistic analysis showed that the risk factors of HIV infection for the MSM included university degree below, monthly income less than RMB 5 000 yuan, unknown HIV infection status of their sexual partners and inconsistent use of condom with their partners in sex. The protective factor was that they knew their HIV test results within two years. Conclusion it is necessary to promote HIV detection and improve notification of the HIV test results for the MSM using mobile dating Apps to let them aware of their HIV infection status. At the same time, we should also strengthen the health publicity and education and promote condom use among MSM.
