摘要

目的了解资阳地区无偿献血者HIV感染的流行病学特征,为本市的献血者招募策略和血液检测提供数据支持。方法对2008—2017年资阳地区无偿献血者HIV感染进行回顾性分析。结果 2008—2017年资阳地区无偿献血者的抗-HIV初筛反应性占0.182%(406/222 616),确证阳性率为0.033%(74/222 616),男性HIV确认阳性率明显高于女性,18—25岁人群HIV确认阳性率高于其他年龄组,自由职业者HIV确认阳性率高于其他职业群体。结论资阳地区无偿献血人群中HIV感染率总体呈现增长态势,应加强在全地区的防治HIV宣传力度和献血前咨询,并且最大限度降低窗口期感染风险,保证临床用血的安全。
        Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of HIV infection status on the voluntary blood donors in Ziyang city and provide supportive information for the strategies of blood donor recruitment and the methods of blood screening. Methods Demographics of HIV infected blood donors between 2008 to 2017 were collected and retrospective analyzed. Results The rate of HIV initial screening reactive and HIV confirmed positive infection were 0.182% and 0.033%, respectively, in Ziyang city for10 years. The HIV confirmed positive rate in male donors was significantly higher than that in female donors. The HIV confirmed positive rate of 18—25 age group was higher than other age groups and the positive rate in freelancers was higher than other occupation groups. Conclusion The HIV infection rate of voluntary blood donors in Ziyang city showed a rising trend. In addition to strictly reduce HIV transfusion transmitted risks, we should actively promote the education of HIV prevention in the general population and pre-donation consultations to ensure the blood safety.
