牙种植数字化导板及其精确性影响因素研究进展

摘要
近年来,数字化技术在口腔种植领域乃至整个医学领域发挥着至关重要的作用。在种植手术中,数字化导板有助于术者更好地控制种植体植入的位置、提高精确度,但数字化导板辅助下植入的种植体位置仍与术前设计的理想位置存在一定的偏差。文章介绍了牙种植数字化导板的分类、设计制作及其优缺点,提出了评估数字化导板精确性的方法并分析了影响牙种植数字化导板精确性的相关因素,以期为种植医生在临床工作中提供参考。
        In recent years,digital technology plays a crucial role in the field of oral implants and even the entire medicine field. During implant surgery,digital implant-guide plate improves accuracy of implant placement by better controlling the position of implant,but the position of the implant implanted with the aid of the digital implant-guide plate still deviates from the ideal position of the preoperative design. This article described the classification,design and manufacture of digital implant-guide plate. The advantages and disadvantages of this approach are also analyzed. It also raised the analysis method of the accuracy of implant-guide plate and the relevant factors affecting it. This review aims to provide references for implant doctors in clinical work.
