摘要

在供给侧结构性改革政策背景下,内蒙古实施了"稳羊增牛扩猪禽"发展战略。肉羊产业作为内蒙古畜牧业传统主导产业,其绩效到底如何,是否仍具有产业发展优势,是一个有着重要现实意义的问题。基于产业组织理论,通过对内蒙古肉羊产业市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效的系统分析与评价,发现内蒙古肉羊产业能够发挥自身优势,形成产业效应,市场绩效总体显著,依然具有比较优势。因此,应通过优化产业布局与结构、发展现代肉羊产业、创新经营方式、加强草原生态保护等措施,促进肉羊产业提质增效,促进内蒙古肉羊产业的持续健康发展。
        In the context of supply-side structural reform policy,Inner Mongolia has implemented the development strategy of Stabilizing Sheep,Increasing Cattle and Expanding Pig & Poultry.As traditional leading industry of animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia,how the performance of mutton sheep industry is on earth,and whether it still has industry development advantage,which is an issue of great practical significance.Based on the theory of industrial organization,this paper makes a systematic analysis and evaluation of market structure,market conduct and market performance of mutton sheep industry in Inner Mongolia.The results shows that mutton sheep industry of Inner Mongolia can give full play to its own advantages and form industrial effect,the overall market performance is remarkable,which is still an industry with comparative advantage in our region.Therefore,mutton sheep industry of Inner Mongolia shall promote the improvement of its quality and efficiency,as well as give play to its greater comparative advantages through optimizing industrial layout and structure,developing modern mutton sheep industry,innovating business mode and strengthening ecological protection of grassland for some time to come.
