摘要
我国现有马铃薯收获机的输送分离装置还存在含土率和伤薯率较高的问题。设计了一种S型升运链式输送分离装置,并对其进行研究分析。通过与一级升运链式和二级升运链式的对比和研究,不仅可以减小薯类损伤还能提高去土效果。结果表明,控制S型链式输送分离装置的线速度、倾斜角度和折转落差,可使伤薯率达到0. 06%,含杂率达到1. 74%,表明该机的综合作业性良好,符合马铃薯收获机质量评价技术规范,满足实际生产要求。
        There are still problems of high soil content and wounded potato rate in the existing transport and separation devices of potato harvesters in China. A S type lifting chain conveying and separating device was designed and analyzed. By comparing and studying with the first-class and the second-class transport chains,the damage of potatoes and the effect of soil removal could be reduced and improved,respectively. Results showed that by controlling linear speed,inclination angle and turning drop of the S type chain conveying and separating device,casualty rate and impurity content could reach 0. 06% and 1. 74% respectively,which also indicated that comprehensive operation of the machine was good and met technical specifications for quality evaluation of potato harvester and actual production requirements.
