摘要
为了充分对闸门的安全进行评判,确定闸门的安全状态,基于闸门实际检测资料,以腐蚀、焊缝、闸门材料中的抗拉强度作为闸门安全状态评判的要素,采用模糊综合评判方法,构建闸门安全状态评判体系。利用偏小型正态分布函数、模糊统计以及偏大型梯形分布函数确定腐蚀、焊缝和闸门材料中的抗拉强度三个评判因素的隶属矩阵,采用层次分析法确定各个影响因素的权值,然后进行模糊综合评判,根据最大隶属度原则,确定出闸门的安全状态。
In order to judge and determine the safety state of sluice gate, the evaluation system of gate safety state is established by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on actual gate testing data. The evaluation system takes corrosion,weld and gate material tensile strength as the elements for judging the safety state of gate. The membership matrix of three evaluation factors is firstly determined by using the small normal distribution function, the fuzzy statistics and the large trapezoid distribution function, then the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each influencing factors, and finally the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out and the safety state of gate is determined according to the principle of maximum membership degree.
