摘要
胶凝砂砾石作为一种新型环保建筑材料,抗冻性是其研究较为薄弱的环节。基于已有研究成果,参考现行混凝土规范标准,采用快速冻融试验和灰色关联度理论,以相对动弹性模量为抗冻指标,考察了水胶比、水泥用量、砂率及粉煤灰掺量等因素对胶凝砂砾石抗冻性的影响。结果表明,随着水胶比和砂率的减小,水泥用量和粉煤灰用量的增加,胶凝砂砾石抗冻性提高;各因素对抗冻性影响大小顺序为水泥用量>水胶比>砂率>粉煤灰,该结论为材料的推广应用提供了理论依据。
        As a kind of new environmental protection building materials,the frost resistance is one important property for cemented sand and gravel(CSG).Based on the previous research,relative dynamic modulus of elasticity was proposed as antifreeze index for cemented sand and gravel,a fast freeze-thaw test and grey relational analysis were adopted to study the impacts of W/Bratio,cement consumption,sand ratio and fly ash consumption on the frost resistance with reference to the concrete standard.The results show that with the increase of fly ash consumption and cement consumption and decrease of sand ratio and,sand ratio,frost resistance of CSG was improved.Primary and secondary influencing factors for frost resistance were cement consumption,W/Bratio,sand ratio and fly ash consumption.The results provide theoretical basis for popularization and application of this material.
