变压器油纸绝缘体系中水分和气体含量研究

摘要
探讨了不同温度下变压器油中水分和气体含量的变化规律,并对不同变压器油中水分和气体含量以及浸油纸板中水分含量的变化趋势进行分析。结果表明:在相同湿度下,油中饱和含水量随着温度升高而提高,温度越高,油中气体含量达到饱和所用时间越短。在温度较低时,油中水分含量比气体先达到饱和;随着温度的升高,油中气体含量比水分先达到饱和。空气中纸板的水分含量在24 h内达到饱和,而浸油纸板中水分含量增加缓慢。无芳烃变压器油的吸水速率慢、饱和含水量低,其浸油纸板的吸水速率慢;高芳烃含量变压器油的吸水速率快、饱和含水量高,其浸油纸板的吸水速率较快。所以高芳烃含量的变压器油更有利于变压器的现场脱水。
        The variation of water content and gas content in transformer oil at different temperatures was discussed, and the changing trend of water content and gas content in different transformer oils and the water content in impregnated pressboard was analyzed. The results show that under the same humidity,the saturated water content in oil increases with the increase of temperature. The higher the temperature is, the shorter the time it takes to reach saturation for the gas content in oil. At low temperature, the water content in oil reaches saturation before the gas content. With the increase of the temperature, the gas content in oil reaches saturation before the water content. The water content in pressboard reaches saturation within 24 hours in the air, while the water content in impregnated pressboard increases slowly. The water absorption rate of the non-aromatic transformer oil is slow and the saturated water content is low,and the water absorption rate of its impregnated pressboard is slow. The water absorption rate of the transformer oil with high aromatic content is fast and the saturated water content is high, and the water absorption rate of its impregnated pressboard is fast. Therefore, the transformer oil with high aromatic content is more beneficial to the on-site dehydration of transformer.
