摘要
增材制造技术因为缩短产品生命周期、能够加工复杂结构的零件等特点越来越多应用在汽车领域上。主要研究增材制造技术在汽车领域的应用及发展前景,首先展开阐述了增材制造技术在汽车功能性零部件的原型制造、汽车模具快速制造、汽车零部件直接生产、汽车零部件受损部位修复等四个方面的应用进展,在此基础上探讨了目前增材制造技术在汽车领域的关键技术及发展前景。随着增材制造技术的日益成熟,汽车行业能够在轻量化、定制化、快速制造等方面有所突破。
Due to its shortening product life cycle and a large degree of freedom in terms of manufacturing complex structure parts, additive manufacturing has proven to be one of the most promising answers to automotive market. This paper aims to quantify the impact of additive manufacturing processes on automotive market for industrial applications.Elaborated application of AM in functional parts prototyping, auto die rapid manufacturing, auto parts directly manufacturing and auto damaged parts repairing, while going into the key technologies and development prospect of automotive market combining with AM. With its increasing maturity of AM, the automobile industry can make breakthroughs in lightweight, customization and rapid manufacturing.
