摘要
螺旋轴是螺旋输送机中的重要零部件,常用于输送、挤压和破碎物料。变距螺旋轴由于其螺距逐渐变化和强度要求高的特点,普通机械加工方法加工困难。本研究尝试利用国产CAXA软件对物料压缩用途的变距螺旋轴的数控加工工艺进行研究,为今后相关领域的应用与研究提供可供借鉴的实践经验和理论依据。
        The screw shaft is an important part of the screw conveyor, often used for conveying, extruding and crushing materials. Because of the gradual change of pitch and high strength requirement of variable pitch spiral shaft, it is difficult to process by ordinary machining method. This research attempts to use the domestic CAXA software to study the NC machining process of variable pitch spiral shaft for material compression, and provides practical experience and theoretical basis for future application and research in related fields.
