摘要

基于来自西藏工布自然保护区周边4个县,17个乡镇,46个行政村,521份有效农户问卷调查数据,在分析农户对保护区建立态度的基础上,采用多元有序逻辑斯蒂回归模型,进一步分析保护区周边农户对保护区建立态度评价及其显著性影响因素。结果表明:(1)保护区周边农户对建立保护区持有积极态度(支持率61.21%);(2)在农户特征变量中,年龄越年青,受教育程度越高,参与保护区管理诉求越迫切;(3)在主观评价变量中,家庭收入增加、提供就业机会、保护区更好的改善环境和保护区培训宣传力度对于农户对保护区态度产生正面显著影响,林下资源采集受限使农户对保护区态度产生负面显著影响。建议加强保护区培训宣传、继续积极开展替代能源使用的生态建设项目、拓宽农户就业渠道,引入社区参与保护区管理的机制。
        Based on the survey data of 521 valid farmers from 4 counties, 17 townships, 46 administrative villages around Tibet Gongbu Nature Reserve, based on the analysis of farmers' attitudes towards protected areas, the use of multiple ordered logic The regression model is used to further analyze the attitudes of farmers around the protected areas to the establishment of protected areas and their significant influencing factors. The results show that:(1) Farmers around the protected area have a positive attitude towards the establishment of protected areas(support rate 61.21%);(2) among the characteristics of rural households, the younger the age, the higher the education level, the more the participation in the management of the protected area Urgent;(3) In the subjective evaluation variables, the increase in household income, the provision of employment opportunities, the better improvement of the environment in protected areas and the training and publicity of protected areas have a positive and significant impact on farmers' attitudes towards protected areas, and the limited collection of resources under the forest Farmers have a negative and significant impact on the attitude of protected areas. It is recommended to strengthen the training and publicity of protected areas, continue to actively carry out ecological construction projects for alternative energy use, broaden the employment channels of farmers, and introduce mechanisms for community participation in protected area management.
