摘要
利用大型化工流程模拟软件Aspen Hysys对两种油气的冷凝特性进行了模拟分析,得出了油气中非甲烷总烃含量在不同温度下的变化规律,分析了油气回收率的影响因素;对中冷级冷凝温度进行了优化,以达到制冷装置的总能耗最低的效果。
        With the help of a large scale chemical process simulation software Aspen Hysys,the condensing characteristics of two kinds of refueling gas were simulated and analysised. Then,the variation of components and flow rate of hydrocarbons except methane were gained at different temperatures. The condensation temperature of medium cooling stage temperature was aptimized, to ensure the minimum total heat load of the refrigeration unit.
