摘要

通过对硫磺回收装置生产过程中的中毒、腐蚀、火灾爆炸、硫磺粉尘、噪声等危害因素产生原因的分析,总结硫磺回收装置以往出现问题的应对措施,进一步强化风险消减、管控措施,追求本质安全,以确保装置的安全生产全面受控。事实证明:生产过程中风险控制实践所采取的对策是富有成效的。
        This paper analyses the causes for poisoning, explosion, corrosion, sulfur dust, noise and other harmful factors during the production process of sulfur recovery unit. Through such analysis, it sums up the countermeasures for the problems of the sulfur recovery unit. The paper further strengthens risk reduction and control measures in pursuit of intrinsic safety so as to ensure that the safe production of the unit is fully under control. The facts have proved that the practice of risk control in production process is effective.
